  • All tickets are non-refundable. Purchased tickets will be held at box office "Will Call" station and will be available for pick-up 30 minutes prior to show time. Your tickets are for reserved assigned seating. CYT does not mail or ship tickets. You will receive a receipt via email to confirm your purchase. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE TICKETS WITHIN 2 HOURS of showtime. We cannot guarantee availability and processing before the show begins. Plan to purchase your tickets at the door (subject to availability).

  • Tickets will be held at the box office "Will Call" and will be available for pick-up 30 minutes prior to show time. CYT does not mail tickets. You will receive a confirmation email for proof of purchase.

  • All tickets are non-refundable. You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). CYT Upstate - Christian Youth Theater reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
