TICKET PURCHASE

TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

CYT Upstate adds a $1 handling fee on tickets purchased online. To save this fee you may purchase tickets with written check (mail order) or by check or cash through person-to-person sales or at the ticket box office.

CYT does not mail/ship tickets. You will receive an emailed receipt of your ticket purchase upon completion of your transaction for proof of purchase.

We cannot guarantee tickets if ordered online within 3 hours of showtime each day. If you have not purchased tickets before this deadline please plan to purchase tickets at the door (if available).

As you process your purchase you will be presented with a "Special Instructions" box. CYT would like to know how you heard about our show. We ask that you kindly take a moment let us know in this box. If you purchased your ticket as a result of a cast member sale please list their name in the box so that we can give them credit.

CLASS OR CAMP REGISTRATION POLICY

NO REFUNDS ISSUED AFTER AUDITION

CYT Upstate adds a $4 handling fee on class registrations paid online. To avoid this fee you may register with cash or check by mail or on site.

IMPORTANT! As you process your registration you will be presented with a "Special Instructions" box. It is important to fill in that box with your child(ren)'s first and last name(s) and the title of the class choice.

There is a $20 processing fee for canceled registration. No refunds after beginning of 3rd class. Refund is pro-rated. (If 1 class is attended there is a $20 processing fee and $13.50 deducted from refund. If 2 classes are attended there is an additional $13 deducted.)
